Built for tight Colorado Springs driveways
Sixteen feet of container fits where a 22-foot box does not: single-car driveways, short pads off an alley, older streetside lots near downtown, and hillside properties on the west side where the flat section of the driveway is limited. The box needs a firm, level surface. The truck needs a straight approach and overhead clearance to tip the rails, so measure the run in front of the parking pad, not just the pad.
If no private spot works and the container must sit in a street the city controls, that placement goes through the Colorado Springs revocable-permit process — the city's own permit page names trash and construction dumpsters specifically. Read the street permit rules before you pick a delivery date.
Low walls make it the easiest box to load
The 4.5-foot side is low enough to lift debris over without a ramp, and the rear door swings open for wheelbarrow and hand-truck loads. Load the floor flat first, break down anything hollow, and keep everything below the top edge. Debris above the rim has to come off before the truck can pick up.
The right call for dense material
Concrete, soil, rock, brick, tile, and shingles hit the weight limit long before they fill a container. A 15-yard box keeps a dense load small enough to lift and legal to haul. We set the material and fill height in the quote, and you load to that line — not to the rim. What typically fills a 15 here
Basement and closet clearing before a move. A single bathroom or bedroom renovation. Old carpet and pad out of two or three rooms. A small deck or fence section coming down. Branch and brush piles after a Front Range wind or hail storm. One garage's worth of accumulation. If the pile you are picturing spans more than one room of a house, price the 20-yard box against a second haul before you decide.

Loads from this area run to permitted El Paso County facilities: the WM Colorado Springs Landfill on Blaney Road and WM's Midway Landfill in Fountain both list construction and demolition debris and municipal solid waste as accepted materials, and a new transfer station off Hancock Expressway opened in 2026 to consolidate C&D and household loads in southeast Colorado Springs. You do not have to choose a facility — that routing is our job. You only need the material list to be accurate.

Does a 15-yard container fit a standard driveway?
The box itself is 16 feet long and 7.5 feet wide, so it fits on most single-car driveways with room to spare. The truck still needs a straight run to roll it off, so count the approach in front of the pad, not just the pad itself. Describe the driveway by phone and we confirm the spot before dispatch.
Can concrete or dirt go in a 15-yard box?
Yes, with a load plan set before delivery. Dense material reaches the weight limit long before the box looks full, so the fill height is agreed in the quote. If the load is clean concrete or asphalt with nothing mixed in, ask about recycling it locally instead of landfilling it.
When should I move up to the 20-yard size?
When the debris comes from more than one room, when bulky furniture rides along with remodel waste, or when a cleanout keeps growing as you open closets. The 20 costs less than a second trip with a 15. Walk through the material list by phone and we will size it honestly.
What cannot go in the box?
Colorado bans electronics, lead-acid batteries, liquids, used oil, and tires from landfill disposal statewide, so none of those ride in a roll-off. Keep chemicals, fuel, and refrigerant appliances out until a disposal route is confirmed. The load rules page covers the full list.
